CALL FOR NORTH SOUTH TRAINEESHIP
Gentili studenti,
vi informiamo che è appena stato pubblicato il Bando per l’assegnazione di periodi di tirocinio all’estero nell’ambito del programma ERASMUS+/KA1 CONSORZIO “PROGETTO NORTH SOUTH TRAINEESHIP” anno accademico 2020/21.
Il bando consentirà agli iscritti ai corsi di studio, dottorato, master di I o II livello, o scuole di specializzazione dell’Università degli Studi di Pavia di candidarsi per effettuare un periodo di tirocinio all’estero nell’ambito dei Paesi Europei aderenti al Programma Erasmus+.
Chi può partecipare
Per poter partecipare ad Erasmus Traineeship sarà necessario essere regolarmente iscritti ad un corso di studio, dottorato, master di I o II livello, o scuola di specializzazione all’Università degli Studi di Pavia. I candidati dovranno essere selezionati prima del conseguimento del titolo. Il tirocinio potrà poi essere svolto in posizione di studenti o dopo aver conseguito il titolo.
Modalità di candidatura
La presentazione della domanda avverrà online attraverso la compilazione del modulo di candidatura disponibile sulla pagina Erasmus di Ateneo.
Le candidature online saranno attive dal 25 febbraio 2021 fino alle ore 12.00 del 25 marzo 2021.
Per completare la propria candidatura, i soli iscritti a corsi di dottorato di ricerca, master universitari di I o II livello e scuole di specializzazione, dovranno inoltre inviare all’Ufficio Mobilità internazionale (train.erasmus@unipv.it) la lettera del proprio docente supervisore (il modello è disponibile al predetto sito internet) entro le ore 12.00 del 25 marzo 2021.
Ricerca della sede di tirocinio
Si ricorda che sarà cura dei candidati reperire l’impresa ospitante.
Il tirocinio potrà essere svolto in un’impresa con cui si è preso contatti autonomamente o grazie all’intermediazione di un docente. Al fine di facilitare la ricerca, sulla pagina Erasmus di Ateneo (Come partecipare, Ricerca la sede ospitante) è pubblicata la lista delle imprese che hanno ospitato gli studenti negli anni passati.
Una volta individuata, e prima della partenza, sarà necessario inviare all’ufficio Mobilità Internazionale il documento denominato “learning agreement” che conterrà indicazioni sulla sede ospitante, il programma di tirocinio, le date di inizio e di fine mobilità, e dovrà essere firmato dall’Istituto di appartenenza, dall’impresa ospitante e dal tirocinante.
Il bando, l’Allegato I parte integrante del bando, l’organizzazione delle aree Erasmus, le modalità di candidatura e tutte le informazioni necessarie sono pubblicati sulla pagina Erasmus di Ateneo.

Dear students,
We are writing to inform you that the Call for traineeship periods abroad in the framework of ERASMUS+/KA1 “NORTH SOUTH TRAINEESHIP” academic year 2020/21 has now been published.
The application is permitted to candidates enrolled in a course of study, PhD, 1st or 2nd level master program, or graduate school at the University of Pavia who wish to carry out a traineeship period abroad located in a European Country adherent to the Erasmus+ Programme.
Who can participate
To be able to participate in an Erasmus Traineeship it is necessary that you are fully enrolled in a course of study, PhD, 1st or 2nd level master program, or graduate school at the University of Pavia. Candidates must be selected before they obtain their graduation title. The traineeship will therefore be able to be taken as a student or after having completed your degree.
How to apply
The application will be online, by filling in the application form available on the Erasmus website. The application will be available from 25th of February 2021 until midday on the 25th of March 2021.
In order to complete their application, students enrolled in PhD program, 1st or 2nd level master program and graduate school must also send the letter from their supervisor (the form is available on the above-mentioned website) to the International Mobility Office (train.erasmus@unipv.it) by midday on the 25th of March 2021.
Searching for a host Institution
Please note that it will be the responsibility of the candidates to find a host institution, either independently or thanks to the help of a University teacher/coordinator. On the Erasmus website, in the section How to apply; Find a host organisation, it’s published the list of organisations that have already hosted students in the past years.
Once you have found the host company, and before departure, you must send to the International Mobility Office the document called “learning agreement” which will contain information on the host Institution, the traineeship program, the period of the mobility, and must be signed by the home University, the host institution and the trainee.
The application, Attachment I, the organisation of Erasmus areas, application procedures and all the relevant information will be published on the Erasmus webpage.
The webpage will be constantly updated with the relevant information: we therefore suggest that those who are interested check it frequently.
